Detox and Weight loss Dining

We take healthy dining to the next level, ensuring your detox and weight loss menus are truly inspiring!

Our Executive Health Chef Alan Wichert has put together a true culinary journey for the senses.

Each meal is strictly portioned controlled to ensure fast weight loss and maximum detox.

Taking out the added salt, sugar, wheat, cows dairy, alcohol, caffeine and saturated fats and using the freshest in season ingredients available, Chef Alan and Chef Alet will be using ancient techniques and recipes whilst tweaking them to fit our modern palate, from countries that have been the corner stone from the dawn of modern history for health and wellbeing.

Menus include:

Ayurvedic Indian

Ayurveda literally means “the art of living wisely” or “the science of life”. Ayurveda is a comprehensive system of holistic health care that  originated in India several thousand years ago. As a system of self-healing it encompasses diet and nutrition, lifestyle, massage, yoga, meditation and herbal remedies to suit our individual make-up. If you've never tried South Indian Dosa for breakfast, you will now!!!

Ancient African

Drawing inspiration from the ancient energy, healing power and natural richness of Africa, which are rooted in their own elder’s tradition and culture, that is both reassuring, and helping to make sense of who you are living in a modern western country, but also in touch with a very different history and culture. Dishes from Senegal, Zanzibar and Morocco shall grace your plates!

Japanese Zen

The Japanese Zen diet concentrates the magnificent energy of food into a compact and pleasurable size. Thanks to the relatively healthier Japanese diet and lifestyle, Japanese women and men live longer and healthier than everyone else on Earth. The magic of Japan-style eating is a healthier balance of filling, delicious lower-calorie foods, presented with beautiful portion control in pretty little dishes and plates. This way of dining encourages you to "eat with your eyes" by enjoying the beauty of your food. The average Japanese person eats about 25% fewer calories per day than the average western diet. The tuna, mango, avocado and quinoa sushi is a must!

Siam Thai

Siam Thai food is one of the healthiest foods you can have as a part of your healthy diet. Main characteristic's of the Siam Thai food are less oil, less fat, small amounts of tender meat and a huge variety of vegetables and fresh herbs. Among the cuisine of southeast Asia, Siam Thai food is unique. Siam Thai Cuisine is distinct from Chinese and Indian cuisine, both of which influenced Siam Thai cuisine. Siam Thai cooking is completely identifiable in its own right, incorporating all 5 tastes: Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Salty and Spicy.

Chef Alan's Raw Papaya salad, Tom Yum soup with King Prawns, and other treats await you!

Vegan Raw

Pioneers of the raw food diet (our ancient ancestors) claim that there are many benefits to eating raw foods, including weight loss, more energy, clear skin, improved digestion and improved overall health. A raw food diet consists of unprocessed raw vegan foods that have not been heated above 46 degrees Celsius. Foods that have been cooked above this temperature have lost their enzymes and thus a significant amount of their nutritional value and are harmful to the body, whereas uncooked foods provide living enzymes and proper nutrition.

Ancient Chinese Herbal

Much of the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine derived from the same philosophical bases that Taoist and Buddhist philosophies are based on, reflects the classical Chinese belief that the life and activity of individual human beings have an intimate relationship with organic foods at all scales.

Hellenic Greek

There are major points of the diet followed by the people of rural Greece who scored the highest of all in heart health in several international studies. Pulses, olive oil, leafy greens. Incorporating these elements of the Greek diet into our Hellenic menu, combined with increased physical activity, can have a positive effect on your heart and health. The art of traditional Greek cooking is taking a natural, fresh ingredient and doing the least possible to it.. Keeping the basic structure of food is important, and sticking with foods that are recognizable in their original form is the key to the Hellenic Greek diet. If you're after some Hellenic inspiration, we've got a fantastic menu from this ancient land covered.

Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean diet incorporates the basics of healthy eating among other components characterizing the traditional cooking style of countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea.The food consists primarily of fruits and vegetables with an emphasis on poultry and seafood, grains, beans and green leafy vegetables. Research has shown that the traditional Mediterranean diet also reduces the risk of heart disease. Dishes from Spain, Portugal and Italy await your tastebuds!
